Tata Technologies Appoints Nandini as Head – HRBP and Culture

Tata Technologies, a global product engineering and digital services firm, has appointed Nandini Pai as Head – HR Business Partnering (APAC) and Culture, effective July 2025.

Based in Pune, Nandini will lead HR business partnerships, oversee team and change management initiatives, and drive cultural alignment across APAC operations.

Her appointment comes at a time when Tata Technologies is expanding its footprint and refining its organizational structure to support vertical-specific growth.

Nandini Pai’s Career Journey and Expertise

Nandini joins Tata Technologies from Tata Motors, where she served as Deputy General Manager – Talent Management and Culture since 2021.

During her tenure, she led several strategic initiatives, including:

  • Succession planning frameworks
  • High-potential (HiPo) talent assessments
  • Fast-track leadership development programmes
  • Enterprise-wide culture transformation efforts

She has held leadership roles across a variety of organizations in the financial services, banking, travel, and mobility sectors.

Her career includes positions at Edelweiss Financial Services, Yes Bank, Indus Balaji, Cox & Kings, and Mobilart Mobility Solutions.

Across these stints, Nandini built deep expertise in employer branding, organizational development, and cross-functional HR strategy.

She has over 17 years of experience in human resources and organizational development.

Her people-first approach combines strategic vision with practical operational insight.
