Terviva appoints Manju Kohli as SVP – People & Culture

A food and agriculture company, Terviva has appointed Manju Kohli as Senior Vice President – People & Culture.

She has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Senior Vice President-People & Culture at Terviva!”

With over 20 years of global HR experience, she has worked across various industries such as education, technology, digital media, services, and consumer sectors in regions including India, the UK, the USA, and Singapore.

She is a strategic HR leader who has supported various business initiatives and projects that have enhanced organizational performance, culture, and growth.

Her earlier stints include working with UWC South East Asia as Director of People & Culture. Previously, Manju was associated with Pearson, HT Media Ltd, Carlsberg Group, Oracle Financial Services, and ITC Limited in HR leadership roles.

She holds her Diploma in PMIR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and earned a Master of Science – MS, Organic Chemistry from CCS University.
