The Den Bengaluru appoints Priyanka Rao as Head – HR

A luxury hotel, The Den Bengaluru has appointed Priyanka Rao as Head – Human resources.

In this new role, Priyanka will be responsible for organizational culture, employee relations, talent acquisition, and training and development at The Den Bengaluru.

Priyanka B Rao has over 13 years of professional experience. She is an experienced Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry.

She is skilled in Grievance Handling, People Management, HR Policies, Payroll, and Employee Engagement, Compliances.

Commenting on the appointment, Vinesh Gupta, General Manager of The Den, stated, We are happy to welcome Priyanka Rao to our leadership team.”

“Her extensive background in the luxury hospitality sector and commitment to excellence make her the ideal candidate to lead our human resources department as we continue to enhance our guest experience and foster a dynamic and inclusive workplace.” he added.

Speaking on her appointment, Priyanka Rao, Head – HR, The Den Bengaluru, said, “I am honoured to join The Den Bengaluru and look forward to contributing to the continued success and growth of this prestigious hotel.”

“I am excited to work with such a talented team and to support our employees in delivering exceptional service to our guests”, Priyanka Rao added.

Prior to The Den Bengaluru, she was associated with The Orchid Hotel as Head of Human Resources & Training.

Her earlier stints include working On Direct Marketing Services, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Baale Resort Goa, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
