TVS Motor Company appoints Pallavi Shastri as Vice President- HR

TVS Motor Company, an automotive firm that manufactures motorcycles, scooters, and three-wheelers appoints Pallavi Shastri as Vice President- HR, effective July 2021.

In a welcome note on LinkedIn, the company said, “We are delighted to welcome Pallavi Shastri as Vice President – Human Resources at TVS Motor Company,”

In her new role at TVS Motor Company, Pallavi is responsible for heading the HR function for end-to-end employee lifecycle ranging from talent attraction, onboarding, wellbeing and engagement, skilling, among others. Pallavi is also instrumental in leading the diversity and inclusion efforts of the company” It said.
 
Pallavi has two decades of experience as an HR practitioner. Before joining TVS, she has worked with reputed companies such as Bosch Limited and Eli Lilly Services India Private Limited. She has expertise in managing workforce for both manufacturing and non-manufacturing industries.

Pallavi has rich experience in handling employee lifecycle, talent assessment and review, policies and practices, compensation and benefits, performance management system, and employee development instruments.

She has earned a post-graduation diploma in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, holds PGDFM in Financial Management from Annamalai University and also did PGDBA in Business Administration and Management from Indo-German Training Centre.
