Before joining Vedanta Group, Kumkum served as a Talent Search Partner at Korn Ferry. Her tenure at this global executive search and organizational consulting firm allowed her to engage with top-tier professionals across industries.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Kumkum held the position of Vice President – Professional Search and Selection at Randstad. Her role involved identifying and placing high-caliber professionals in key roles.
