Bringing over 30 years of experience in human resource leadership, Rakesh has an impressive track record across leading organizations, including Uno Minda, JSW Energy Ltd, Reliance Industries Limited, and General Motors.
Throughout his distinguished career, Rakesh has built a reputation for advancing HR transformation and driving people-centric initiatives that directly support business growth.
His journey spans several leading companies, including Asian Paints, Guardian Industries, Crompton Greaves (now CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited), and Rallis India Ltd.
Across these roles, he successfully led initiatives in industrial relations, talent management, and capability building—fostering high-performance cultures that have delivered measurable impact.
His extensive cross-sector exposure positions him uniquely to guide Welspun Corp’s next phase of organizational growth and innovation.
