Worldline appoints Jose Raj as SVP & Head of HR in India

Worldline India, payments and transactional services provider, has announced the appointment of Jose Raj as SVP & Head of Human Resources India. He succeeds Zarin Bhathena who will be retiring by end of this month.

Jose has over 27 years of experience in HR and prior to joining Worldline, he worked with Vestas India as Director- Human Resources. He held several leadership roles in his previous stints in AREVA India, Royal Enfield, and Ford India.

Deepak Chandnani, Managing Director, Worldline South Asia & Middle East said, “We are happy to onboard Jose Raj as Head of HR for India. We believe his vast experience in areas like Talent Strategy & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Business partnering & Industrial relations across several industries will be a great asset to the company and its success.”

He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Sacred Heart College in Tamil Nadu, India.
