An Indian multinational information technology services and consulting company, Tech Mahindra has appointed Rajashree R as Chief Growth Officer – America Strategic Verticals.
Before Tech Mahindra, she was associated with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for nearly two decades where she had held various leadership roles. Most recently she was working as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at TCS.
While leaving TCS, she said, “I never thought I would ever leave TCS. The first day I walked into the TCS office in 2004, I felt I had come home. But it all changed and I said goodbye to this amazing company a few weeks back. My heartfelt thanks to everyone who has been part of this great journey.”

Before starting her role as Chief Marketing Officer at TCS on Feb 1, 2020, she led the Retail Practice at TCS for 15 years engaging with leading global retailers driving their transformation and innovation programs.
Under Rajashree’s leadership, TCS’ brand value grew by $1.4 billion over the prior year in 2021 and was ranked among the Top 3 most valuable brands in the IT Services sector globally according to the Brand Finance 2021 report.
She holds her PGDM in marketing from IRMA and completed her Bachelor of Technology from National Dairy Research Institute.
