KPMG appoints Vishnu Pillai as Managing Partner for its Kochi office

KPMG, a global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax, and Advisory services has announced the elevation of Vishnu Pillai as Office Managing Partner for its Kochi office.

Earlier he was working as a Partner, Digital Advisory at KPMG India. The company said that in his new role, Pillai will lead the Kochi office in its market-facing activities across service lines in order to help clients address large and complex problems.

“Vishnu will also oversee Technology Enablement for the Southern region, where he has successfully steered KPMG in India’s SAP business over the last two years,” the company said in the statement.

Commenting on his appointment, Pillai said, he was excited to be taking on this role and looked forward to contributing to the vision of making KPMG in India the “clear choice” for clients across Kerala and larger southern region.

KPMG entities in India are established under the laws of India and are owned and managed (as the case may be) by established Indian professionals. Established in August 1993.

Currently, the company operates from offices across 14 cities including in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Noida, Pune, Vadodara and Vijayawada.

KPMG entities have a domestic client base of over 2700 companies.
