Xiaomi India gets Sandeep Singh Arora as Chief Business Officer

Xiaomi India has appointed Sandeep Singh Arora as Chief Business Officer, aiming to enhance the company’s growth across business development, partnerships, market expansion, and revenue generation.

With a strong background in leadership roles, Arora brings over 30 years of expertise in managing consumer brands.

His experience spans product marketing, category management, retail operations, and brand strategy.

This change in leadership comes after Sudhin Mathur was appointed as chief operating officer three months ago.

Experience in Industry Leadership

Before joining Xiaomi India, Arora held significant roles in top organizations. At Samsung India’s Consumer Electronics division, he worked as Head – Online Business Unit and later as Head of Marketing Communications.

He has also contributed to the success of leading companies such as Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. (The Times of India Group), PepsiCo India, and Unilever, making him a seasoned professional in the consumer goods and electronics industries.

Sandeep’s Vision for Xiaomi India

Expressing enthusiasm about his new role, Arora said, “Xiaomi India is leading the way in making advanced technology available to everyone, and its focus on innovation aligns closely with my own values. We will prioritize delivering exceptional products to meet the aspirations of Indian consumers.”

As Xiaomi continues to strengthen its presence in the Indian market, Arora’s leadership is expected to play a key role in driving the company’s success.
