Adani Electricity elevates Sanjeev Muramkar as CHRO

The power distribution utility company, Adani Electricity has elevated Sanjeev Muramkar as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Most Recently, he was Head – Talent Management, Learning and Talent Acquisition with Adani Electricity and has been associated with the organization since April 2019.

Sanjeev is an accomplished Talent Management & Development Leader with an extensive twenty-year track record, dedicated to achieving business excellence by maximizing Human Potential. 

He has delivered multiple workshops on various topics, including Behavioral Interviewing skills which included interacting with young talent on various campuses.

His extensive experience includes designing and executing long-term Leadership Development Initiatives in collaboration with renowned institutions such as Harvard Business, various Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), and the Indian Institute of Technology – Bombay.

Previously, he was Head – Learning and Development at Adani Group. His previous stints include working with Vedanta, Trent Ltd (A Tata Enterprise), and Wockhardt.

Sanjeev holds his Ph.D. in Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

He completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Shivaji University and obtained his Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the College of Engineering & Technology in Akola.
