Anupal Banerjee quits Tata Technologies as CHRO

Anupal Banerjee, Chief Human Resources Officers of Tata Technologies has stepped down to explore his next career opportunity.

Today, Anupal has announced the development on Social Media platform Linkedin and said, “Wanted to share that after five years of an action-packed journey with Tata Technologies (TTL), I have decided to move on to my next career opportunity which I’m excited about,”

“It’s been privileged to have worked at TTL, a place full of amazing people. And increasingly, I have come to acknowledge that “luck” plays a very imp role in getting the opportunity to work alongside great people and organizations.” he added.

Anupal has been with Tata Technologies for 5 years. Most recently, he was working as Chief Human Resources Officer and Company Ethics Counsellor for the company. He led the company’s human resources strategy and worldwide HR activities in support of the overall business growth, with a particular focus on organizational design and effectiveness, learning and organizational development, and technology-led HR processes.

Earlier, he was working with Viacom18, where he was responsible for the entire gamut of Human Resources. Previously, he also has held leadership roles at global technology and professional services firms Capgemini, WNS, and Infosys.

Anupal also serves on the Board of Governors of IIIT Ranchi and is also a part of the Global Executive Council of Workplace@Facebook, Palo Alto, California.
