Former Head-Human Resources, Philips India, Armaan Seth joins Syngenta as Head-HR Asia Pacific and he will be based in Singapore.
Syngenta AG is a global company that produces agrochemicals and seeds and is based in Basel, Switzerland. As a biotechnology company, it conducts genomic research. It was formed in 13 November 2000 by the merger of Novartis Agribusiness and Zeneca Agrochemicals. With 28,000 people in more than 90 countries, Syngenta is working to transform how crops are grown.
Armaan is an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and comes with nearly 18 years of experience. He has been with Philips since 2011 serving in various positions across India and overseas. Previously, Armaan has worked in Marico Limited, Ernst & Young and an audit firm before joining Philips.
He has a strong track record in driving People Transformation, Capability Improvement and Organization Effectiveness. He is passionate about Talent Management and driving initiatives that help people reach their full potential.
In his spare time, Armaan loves to watch Formula 1 and Football. He loves traveling with his wife and spending time with his dogs.
