A leading designer & manufacturer of Automotive Components, Best Group has appointed Anand Amrit Raj as Sr. Vice President-HR Group CHRO.
In his new role, Anand Amrit Raj will be responsible to build and diversify the Best Group into industrial automation, auto lighting, education, and defense equipment manufacturing. He will be based out of Gurugram and will report to the Board of Directors of the company.
He has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Sr. Vice President-HR Group CHRO at The Best Group!”
Anand Amrit Raj has diversified industries HR exposure such as FMCD & FMCG, Automotive OEM, Automobile IT & ITES, HR Advisory Consulting, and Telecom.
Prior to Best Group, he was associated with Okaya Electric Vehicles for over 2 years as Vice President- Human Resources.
He is a seasoned HR Leader with 22 yrs of experience in driving HR Excellence across industries, leaders like Wipro, HCL, Escorts, Luminous, Livguard, Livpure, Fly Mobiles, Akai, Okaya Microtek, and Paras.
Anand Amrit has given strategic and HR advisory consulting for domestic and MNCs clients such as Bharti Airtel, Uninor, Mylan Lab, ACME, and Hero.
He holds his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM and BA, Geography from the Jamia Millia Islamia.
