BPTP ropes in Vishal Singh as CHRO from Vedanta Aluminium

NCR’s premier real estate organization, BPTP Ltd. has appointed Vishal Singh as Chief Human Resources Officer.

He has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at BPTP in its 2.0 journey.”

Vishal has over 27 years of diverse and multicultural experience in HR management. His core competencies are aligning next-gen people practices to the emerging talent landscape, creating HR environments that optimize business operations and elevate productivity, implementing integrated talent systems to drive innovation and employee experience, and developing and coaching future-ready leaders. 

Prior to BPTP Ltd., he was associated with Vedanta Limited – Aluminium Business as CHRO – Alumina Business. In this role, he was responsible for driving the HR agenda for the organization, which includes organization effectiveness and transformation, talent management and development, coaching, and human capital management.

His earlier stints include working with Emami Agrotech Limited, Hero MotoCorp Ltd, HCLTech, QAI India Limited, Deloitte, Infosys Technologies Limited, and Reliance Energy Limited.

He holds his Masters in Human Resources from Symbiosis International University and completed his M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Vladimir State University, Russia.
