CollegeDekho appoints Kavita Azad as Chief HR Officer

One of the fastest-growing education service providers in India, CollegeDekho has announced two appointments. Kavita Azadjoins as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Manish Kohli as the Senior Vice President – Operations.

Ruchir Arora, Co-Founder & CEO, CollegeDekho, said, “I am excited to onboard Kavita and Manish on our growth journey. They both come with a diverse experience from versatile industries and will help build an innovation-driven culture and implement effective scaling for strategic growth.”

Kavita has confirmed the development on social media and said, “Excited to join CollegeDekho as a Chief Human Resource Officer!”

On her appointment, Kavita Azad, Chief Human Resource Officer, CollegeDekho said, “I am excited to be a part of the company’s growth journey and looking forward to using the best of my entrepreneurial and HR expertise to build on the company culture, strengthen CollegeDekho’s position as an employer of choice and enhance the organisational performance and capabilities.”

Kavita is an HR Leader with 20+ years of experience across Global/Indian multinational and Start-Up organizations. She has worked in varied HR domain areas.

Kavita has experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Engagement, Recruitment, Capability Building, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Transformation, and People Experience strategies, and have a strong passion to build successful organizations through great work culture.

Prior to CollegeDekho, Kavita was a Co-Founder of Hokart. Previously, she was associated with eClerx as Vice President of Human Resources. She worked with the organization for over two years.

Earlier, Kavita’s association had been with LiquidHub, British Telecom, American Express, Convergys, and Bharti Teletech Limited. She has been in various leadership roles with organizations.

Kavita holds Master of Business Administration (MBA), HR and Marketing from Army Institute of Management & Technology. She completed her Bachelor of Arts – BA (Honours) in Economics from Delhi University.
