Dalmia Bharat’s Madhuri Mehta joins Emaar India as CHRO

One of the most valuable and admired Real Estate groups worldwide, Emaar India has announced the appointment of Madhuri Mehta as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In this role, Madhuri will be working to transform and build a strong HR foundation for envisioned growth plans.

Madhuri has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Emaar India!”

Madhuri has over 22 years of accomplished experience as a human resource professional. She is an HR leader who partners closely with the business to shape the talent agenda and ensure execution in the “right way”.

Madhuri has a successful track record across the business and industries, namely telecommunications, manufacturing, consumer business, and real estate.

Prior to Emaar India, Madhuri was part of Dalmia Bharat Group as Head of HR. She was associated with the organization for over 16 years.

In this role, she successfully worked across all HR functions of Culture, Capability Building, Organization Design, Change Management, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employer Branding.

Madhuri has personally led transformations in established organizations and also set up HR practices for start-up businesses.

She is highly ethical, with a values-based management style that places equal importance on both the end result and the means used to achieve that outcome. She has won MD’s award twice in Dalmia and has also been voted as Best People Manager.

Madhuri is an alumnus of Lady Shriram College. Previously, she was associated with Bharti Airtel Ltd as a Senior Manager – Human Resources. She worked with the organization for 5 years.

In this role, she was responsible for Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Effective performance development process, Policy and Process Deployment, Employee Welfare and Grievance & Query resolution, Proactively sensing the need of the employee and striving to create a healthy work environment, and many other HR-related processes.
