Deloitte elevates Deepti Sagar as Partner, Chief People & Experience Officer, South Asia

Deloitte, a multinational professional services company has elevated Deepti Sagar as Partner, Chief People and Experience Officer, Deloitte India and South Asia.

With two decades of HR experience, Deepti has been associated with Deloitte for 7 years. She joined Deloitte in India as Partner in April 2017.

She has built a world-class organization and talent experience for Deloitte India based on a culture of empathy, trust, and high performance aligned with strategic vision and growth ambitions.

Previously, she has worked with a cross-section of Indian and global clients, helping them shape their Customer Transformation Agenda covering the design and implementation of best-fit customer operating models, service excellence enablement, and digital & AI platforms deployment.

With a balance of multi-disciplinary and multi-geography work credentials, her experience spans are of over 15+ countries, with extensive experience in Australia, APAC, and South Africa.

She has contributed to various industry thought leaderships and various industry forum panel discussions in the Experience Excellence domain. 

Deepti is an alumnus of Delhi University. Before joining Deloitte, she was associated with KPMG India as a Partner.
