Droom appoints Preeti Jain as Chief Human Resources Officer
Droom, a tech, and data-science-driven online automobile marketplace has appointed Preeti Jain as its Chief Human Resources Officer.
Preeti has almost two decades of experience across all gamuts of HR functions, including HR Strategy, Talent Management Organizational Development, Change Management, Talent Acquisition, etc.
Prior to Droon, Preeti worked as the Director – HR with Huawei Telecommunications (India) for almost four years and was heading the human resources for the Consumer Business Group for 11 years.
Earlier, she has also worked as Manager – HR with Conexant, Hyderabad and was a part of the team taking care of the strategic HR across all four sites of Conexant.
Previously, Preeti has also worked with HFCL as Manager – HR and was responsible for the HR function for the R&D covering Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, Exits etc. She was also responsible for setting up the entire HR function for a sister concern named Next Era Technologies.
She is Science Graduate and holds MBA dergee from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
