Ex- Bombardier Transportation Veteran Debashish Chatterjee joins Stanley Black & Decker, Inc as Vice President- Human Resources

Debashish Chatterjee joins Stanley Black & Decker, Inc as Vice President- Human Resources. In his new role, he will be leading the HR function for the Industrial business of Stanley Black and Decker, in Asia.

With over 18 years of domestic and overseas experience, Debashish has balanced exposures in HR Business Partnering, Center of Expertise, and leadership of Shared Services organizations in matrix environments.

Prior to this, Debashish has been working with SPX FLOW, Inc. as VR-Human Resources, was leading teams across Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific & partnering with all functions, businesses, and officers of the enterprise.

Earlier, he was working with Bombardier Transportation as HR Business Partner and was leading function for the “Transportation Systems” business for BT in the EMEA region. He was based out of Dubai, UAE. Previously, he worked with companies like and Honeywell for 6 years.

Debashish is a Commerce Graduate and earned an MBA degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service. He started his career at HCL Technologies as Management Trainee.
