Genzeon, a dominant driver in next-generation technology services & solutions and digital transformations company appoints Janani Prakaash as Head – People & Culture.
Prior to Genzeon, she was associated with Quantela Inc. as Global Head of HR. In this role, she was responsible for all aspects of HR including Talent Acquisition, development, engagement, retention, culture building, and change management owing to business model changes and mergers & acquisitions.
Janani is a human resources leader with an engineering background and a leadership development coach. She has 17 years of experience in human resources and before joining Quantela Inc. was associated with Deloitte for close to a decade.
Her earlier stints include working with Pega Systems India Pvt Ltd, Applabs Technologies Pvt Ltd, and iNautix Technologies India Pvt Ltd.
She holds her Master of Social Work (MSW, Social work) from D G Vaishnav College, Chennai, and completed her B.E. in Electrical and Electronics from the University of Madras.
