Hiver appoints Meena Kumari R as Chief People Officer

The world’s first customer service platform built for the Google Workspace, Hiver has announced the appointment of Meena Kumari R as its Chief People Officer (CPO)

In this new role, Meena Kumari will lead HR strategies that will help Hiver expand its workforce across the globe.

Nitesh Nandy, CTO, and Co-Founder, Hiver said, “We are delighted to welcome Meena to the Hiver team as our Chief People Officer.”

On her appointment, Meena Kumari R, Chief People Officer, Hiver, said, “I’m thrilled to be a part of a fast-growing SaaS organization.”

“It’s a pivotal role and I’m looking forward to shaping the vision and roadmap for the company as well as driving an engaging, diverse & inclusive culture globally”, Meena added.

Based in Bengaluru, Meena’s areas of expertise include building and developing a fully remote and globally distributed team. She is an HR professional with over 15 years of experience mostly working in technology companies / Product / Saas Startups.

Meena is a digital transformation champion instrumental in creating a culture of collaboration and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence. She has a successful track record of coaching in the areas of transformational leadership, team building, and change management, with proven success in intercultural communication.

Prior to joining Hiver, Meena was associated with Airmeet, she was heading the Global Human Resources function at the organization. Earlier, she was People and Culture Country Lead at Circles. Life. She has also worked with Capillary Technologies, CoreEL Technologies, and Consero Global.

Meena’s areas of expertise include building and developing a fully remote / globally distributed team. She has an instrumental in creating cultures of collaboration and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence.

Hiver is headquartered in San Jose, California, US, with most of its operations based out of Bengaluru, India.
