Jindal Stainless has announced the appointment of Suresh Bose as Chief Human Resources Officer. In his new role, as the leader of HR functions, he will be responsible for driving people strategy, workplace culture, talent management and future growth.
Jindal Stainless entities employ over 20,000 people, directly and indirectly.
Suresh comes with close to three decades of experience in human resources and prior to this, he has been associated with Vedanta Group, Mahindra & Mahindra, Ford Motors, and Larsen & Toubro (L&T).
On his appointment Abhyuday Jindal, MD, Jindal Stainless, said, “The vision of building a sustainable and stainless India starts at home. Suresh has dual Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, India, and Masters in Employment & Labour Studies from the Institute of Social Studies, Netherlands.
