Jindal Stainless appoints Sushil Baveja as CHRO

The pioneer of the stainless steel industry in India, Jindal Stainless has announced the appointment of Sushil Baveja as the new Chief Human Resources Officer.

With an experience over 3 decades in Indian and multinational organizations, Sushil Baveja will be in charge of managing the organization’s talent, fostering its culture, and taking it to new heights.

Sushil is a passionate HR Professional with experience of having worked in Indian and Multinational Organisations across various sectors Electronics, Telecom, Confectionery, FMCG, and Diversified businesses.

He is a skilled HR professional having experience in Talent & Leadership Development, Employee Engagement and Relations, Performance Management, HR Policies, and Talent Acquisition. 

Baveja is an alumnus of the prestigious Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
