Kavita Dasan quits ABP Network as Chief People Officer

A media house, ABP Network, Chief People Officer, Kavita Dasan has stepped down from the organization.

She has been associated with the organization for over 4 years. In this role, she was responsible for Business Partnering at CXO and the operating level to deliver strategic business intent, operational excellence, and people growth.

Additionally, she was working on building an open, creative & learning Culture leading to high growth & business innovations.

Kavita has nearly three decades of experience in the HR domain. She is a tenacious achiever with outstanding success in delivering quality results with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional assignments.

She is a result-oriented business leader specializing in all facets of Talent Management managing large-scale ramp-ups, Talent Retention imperatives, especially during M&A, change management, driving performance-driven Culture building, Career Progression of millennium workforce, Mapping Talent, and Managing employee expectations.

Prior to ABP Network, she was associated with DHFL as Vice President – Human Resources. Her earlier stints include working with Zee Entertainment Enterprise Ltd., DCM SHRIRAM LTD, Vihaan Networks Ltd., Times Internet, and Bennett, Coleman, and Co. Ltd. (Times Group).

Kavita Dasan started her career working at Chase Perdana Berhad as Officer- Human Resources in 1999.
