Kirloskar Oil Engines appoints Amarjeet Singh as CHRO

The leading manufacturer of diesel engines and generators, Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited has appointed Amarjeet Singh as CHRO, B2B Businesses.

In this role, he will be responsible for leading Human Resources for Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited Pune.

He has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m delighted to share my new career journey as CHRO B2B Businesses at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited!”

He joined the organization from Adani Group where he was associated as CHRO – Adani Defence and Aerospace. In this role, he was leading HR for Adani Defence and Aerospace Business.

Amarjeet is a Global HR Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in Leading Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management in Global Matrix Organizations that allow creating, execute, and sustain Human Resource strategies, policies, and practices that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture with a focus on organizational development and growth.

Before joining Adani Group, he worked with Cummins Inc. as Senior General Manager HR – Cummins Power Systems Engineering (R&D) and Project Business.

His earlier stints also include working with leading organizations such as Persistent Systems Ltd. as Lead Recruiter, OS2i as Country Manager, and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance as Unit Manager.

Amarjeet started his career working with American Express as a Territory Sales Leader.

He earned PGDBM-Marketing from Apeejay School Of Management and holds his Bachelor of Business Administration from Nice Management College.
