Log9 appoints Raman S R as Chief People Officer

Log 9 Materials, an Indian nanotechnology company has announced the appointment of Raman S R as Chief People Officer.

Raman comes with rich experience across a myriad of industries; including software products and professional services, he has been guiding businesses and HR teams with effective, output-driven approaches.

He has undertaken numerous organizational transformation projects to help companies operate, scale and succeed by developing people strategies for businesses, developing leaders, and managing change.

Before joining Log9, Raman was leading the global people and culture charter at InMobi technology, and earlier he has been associated with renowned MNCs like SAP and Deloitte, he held many global and regional HR leadership roles and drove people’s priorities that included areas such as workforce planning, career development, diversity, inclusion & equity, policy changes, retention, and employer brand. 

He holds a bachelor of engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, and earned MBA – Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Log 9 Materials is an Indian nanotechnology company, headquartered in Bangalore, operating in the areas of sustainable energy and filtration. With 16 patents around Graphene, Log 9 Materials has developed aluminium fuel cells for both mobility and stationary energy applications.
