Jaspreet Singh Bakshi joins Marsh McLennan as the HR Leader for Global In-House Centre, India

Jaspreet Singh Bakshi joins Marsh McLennan as the HR Leader for Global In-House Centre, India. In his new role, he will be responsible for a unified India people strategy and HR initiatives across the India GIC.

Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. is a global professional services firm, headquartered in New York City with businesses in insurance brokerage, risk management, reinsurance services, talent management, investment advisory, and management consulting.

Prior to this, most recently he worked with NatWest, formerly known as RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland). Jaspreet has over two decades of experience in managing different business & HR functional leadership roles across Industries. He led the HR transformation for India businesses with focus on Digital & Culture- with the creation of an integrated & enhanced delivery model supporting Operational, Transactional, Value & advisory functions.

Jaspreet has led multiple leadership roles in organization design to support Business Strategy for Marketing, Sales, and Service organizations – both in business and functional roles; and holds cross cultural experience with clients across Americas, Asia-Pac, Europe, and India.

Jaspreet holds an MBA in HR & Marketing and has undergone various Leadership and Strategic HRM programs. He is a certified Sig Sigma Black belt and a ICF certified & practicing Leadership Coach.

Jaspreet has an Armed Forces background and is an avid reader and sportsman ranging across tennis, swimming, golf, and off late cycling.
