Mastek appoints Arvind J as Global Chief Human Resources Officer

Mastek, a turnkey & trusted digital engineering & cloud transformation partner has announced the appointment of Arvind J as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) effective October 17, 2023.

In his new role, Arvind will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, and lead HR’s charter in delivering superior employee experiences. He will be reporting to Mastek’s Global CEO, Hiral Chandrana.

Prior to Mastek, Arvind was associated with DMI as Global Head of Human Resources. Throughout his professional journey with companies like CISCO Systems, Wipro Technologies, CMS IT Services, and Ramco Systems.

Arvind has played a key role in reshaping organizational culture, elevating employee experience, and managing complex people management initiatives.

Arvind brings a proven track record in overseeing HR operations in publicly traded and private equity-backed firms.

He has been instrumental in the establishment of several business units and Human Resources & Recruitment operations across India, APAC, the Middle East, and the USA.

His areas of expertise span mergers & acquisitions, leadership development and coaching, talent management & assessment, recruiting, compensation strategies, policy formulation, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
