Matrimony.com appoints Rajesh Balaji as new Chief Human Resources Officer

Matrimony.com, flagship brand BharatMatrimony appoints Rajesh Balaji Sathyanarayanan as Chief Human Resources Officer. In his new role, he will oversee all gamuts of human resources strategy, talent management, building individual and organizational capabilities, organization design, and digitization amongst others.

The company provides both matchmaking and marriage related services through websites, mobile sites, and mobile apps and is also complemented by 145+ company-owned retail outlets.

Rajesh is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience in Human Resources ranging from Financial Services to Manufacturing sectors. He worked in Europe, Americas, and APAC region in the Human Resources function and has extensive experience in Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, Performance Management, Diversity& Inclusion, Change Management, and International HR Practices.

Prior to joining Matrimony.com, Balaji served in leadership roles with Landmark Group, Standard Chartered Bank, Barclays and Hewitt Associates. His academic credentials include an Executive Leadership Programme from Said Business School, Oxford University, besides post-graduation in Human Resources.
