IT Major, Mindtree, a part of Larsen & Toubro Group appoints Suresh Bethavandu as new Chief People Officer, effective December 1, 2021. He replaces Paneesh Rao who is elevated as Global Head of Sustainability.
In his new role, Suresh will be responsible for the entire gamut of People and Culture agenda of the organization.
Suresh is a human resources leader with more than three decades of experience. Prior to Mindtree, he worked with Cognizant Technology Solutions for 24 years across various roles in Human Resources.
Earlier to Cognizant he was associated with Wipro Ltd for 6 years in a Talent Acquisition role.
Suresh holds master’s degrees in Human Resources Management from Madras School of Social Work, and in Business Administration from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai.
