“Our employees have played a pivotal role in Mphasis’s success, and I would like to extend my best wishes to Ayaskant as he takes the helm and guides the company to even greater success”, Srikanth Karra added.

Srikanth Karra further said, “I am looking forward to working closely with Ayaskant in the next few months to ensure a seamless transition.”

Ayaskant Sarangi, CHRO, Mphasis said, “I am deeply honored to be part of Mphasis, thankful to Nitin for providing this opportunity and thrilled to be stepping into the new role at this critical juncture in the company’s growth journey.”

“Look forward to working with Nitin and the hugely talented team of Mphasis to sustain the hi-tech, hi-touch. hi-trust culture and build an exciting future for all our stakeholders as we aim to continue the momentum of building a world-class talent lifecycle program to support the next phase of the company’s growth,” Ayaskant Sarangi added.
