Oasis Fertility appoints Samidha Mohanty as CHRO

Oasis Fertility has announced the appointment of Samidha Mohanty as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, She will be responsible for leading the People and Culture of the organization.

She will set the roadmap and drive the HR agenda for the organization. She will closely be working in sync with businesses to expand the company’s footprint across India.

Samidha has joined Oasis Fertility from VOIS, wherein her last appointment was to lead the HR function for Technology for India, and globally for IT Operations.

She comes with close to 2 decades of rich faceted HR experience wherein she led HR charters across India and global geographies. 

The company said, “We look forward to her leadership shaping the Talent and Culture at Oasis Fertility and adding the necessary impetus to our expertise, brand, and growth.”

She is a driven HR practitioner, passionate about people’s development and growth, aligned with Organizational goals. 

Her earlier stints include working with IDFC Bank, Aditya Birla Group, Aon Hewitt, Intel Corporation, Infosys BPO Ltd, and ICICI Prudential.

She holds her Master’s in Business Administration from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
