OCS appoints Ryme Dembri as CHRO for APAC & ME

OCS has announced the appointment of Ryme Dembri as Chief Human Resources Officer, Asia Pacific and Middle East, with effect from 15th May 2024.

In this role at OCS, Ryme is responsible for shaping the organization’s strategic direction from a human resources standpoint.

Her key responsibilities include talent management, workforce planning and fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture across the business in the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions.

In her role she will provide input and guidance on all people-related needs, ensuring effective management throughout the HR delivery model. She will also contribute to our M&A agenda. Within the regional leadership team, Ryme’s focus will be to drive revenue growth and profitability through human capabilities.

On her appointment the company said, “We are confident that her appointment will have a hugely positive impact on our business and will help us deliver on our ambitious growth agenda.”

She has more than 25 years of experience in business transformation, leveraging talent and organisational strategies, and has lived and worked in seven countries throughout Europe and Asia.

In her last corporate position, Ryme was the Global Head of Talent, Leadership, and Culture for ASM, based out of Singapore.

Ryme holds a master’s degree in Organisation & Human Resources from the University of Paris I Patheon-Sorbonne and a master’s degree in European Business Management from the University of Hamburg.
