Rajeshwar Tripathi retired as CHRO, Auto & Farm at Mahindra & Mahindra

Renowned HR leader, Rajeshwar Tripathi retired as Chief Human Resources Officer of Auto & Farm Sectors at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.

In his recent position, Rajeshwar led the HR function for all businesses in the two sectors globally. He also played a key role in managing mergers and acquisitions domestically and internationally.

Tripathi has confirmed the news on LinkedIn, expressing pride in his 14-year tenure as CHRO, Auto & Farm at Mahindra. He thanked colleagues and friends and looked forward to new opportunities.

Commenting on depart he said, “Ended a long stint of 14 years as CHRO, Auto & Farm in Mahindra with immense sense of pride and satisfaction. Had the fortune of working in one of the finest organizations and with illustrious leaders.”

“I am truly grateful to all associates, colleagues, and friends in my entire network for all the help and support through the years. Looking forward to equally exciting next innings….” he added.

Throughout his career, Rajeshwar has gained experience across various industries, locations, and cultures, embracing the essence of diversity.

Rajeshwar has been an eminent member of Apex Business and Strategy Councils in Mahindra including the Group Executive Board (GEB) and a member on the board of a few Companies within the group. He also chaired the Diversity Council as well as Employee Relations Council for Mahindra Group.

Rajeshwar has been awarded the CXO Award by the World Auto Forum, under the HR CXO category.

Before being with Mahindra, Rajeshwar worked with Eicher Motors Ltd. as the Head of Human Resources for the Commercial Vehicle Business.

His earlier stints include organizations such as Jindal SAW Pipes, Steel Authority of India (SAIL), and Cement Corporation of India (CCI).
