Shiprocket elevates Saumya Khati as Group CHRO

India’s largest eCommerce enablement platform, Shiprocket has elevated Saumya Khati to Group Chief Human Resources Officer. She was formerly Senior Vice President & Head HR at Shiprocket.

She has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Shiprocket!”

Saumya is an experienced HR professional with over 17 years of experience in the HR Domain. Prior to the current organization she was associated with Yum! Brands as Associate Director – Talent, Learning & Rewards where she worked from December 2015 – October 2020.

Her earlier stints include working with leading organizations such as Gap as Head – Learning & Organizational Development, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd as HR Business Partner, and Perfetti Van Melle as Talent Acquisition & HR Operations.

She started her career working with Tata Group as Performance Management & Employee Engagement.

Saumya is an alumnus of the Indian School of Business and holds her Master’s in Business Administration from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University.
