SUGAR Cosmetics appoints Nirav Jagad as Chief People Officer

A cruelty-free makeup brand, SUGAR Cosmetics has announced the appointment of Nirav Jagad as Chief People Officer.

Nirav Jagad is a People and Culture Leader with more than 19 years of experience. He is a strong communicator and relationship manager at all levels with an excellent track record of developing, delivering, and leading transformational solutions and operations.

Vineeta Singh, Co-founder, and CEO, of SUGAR Cosmetics said, “We are excited to have a seasoned professional like Nirav on board with us and this underwrites our commitment to making SUGAR one of the best places to build careers.”

“While the brand has emerged as a cult favourite among Gen Z and millennials, it is critical to constantly innovate and build an organizational culture that values independence, creativity, and growth at the same time”, Vineeta Singh added.

Nirav is an alumnus of University of Mumbai. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Welingkar Institute of Management.
