Tata Communications elevates Aman Gupta as CHRO

An Indian telecom company, Tata Communications has elevated Aman Gupta as Chief Human Resources Officer.

His appointment will be effective from July 01, 2024. He will replace Aadesh Goyal who will retire on June 30, 2024.

Currently, Aman is working as Vice President – Global Head of Compensation & Benefits and Business HR at Tata Communications and has been associated with the organization for over 10 years.

Before Tata Communications, he was associated with EXL Services as Assistant Vice President- Talent Management & OD.

In this role, he led the Strategic HR & OD Function including Talent Management, Succession Planning, HIPO Development, Job Evaluation, Global HR Policies & Procedures, and Leadership Development Strategy across India, East Asia, Europe, the UK, and the US.

Previously, Aman has been associated with KPMG as Manager – HR Advisory. In this role, he was leading the Human Capital / HR Consulting – People & Change Practice at KPMG Bahrain.

His earlier stints include working with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Deloitte Consulting LLP, and HLLPPT – BMGF Ahvan.

He holds his PGDFM (MBA), Management from IIFM and completed his Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University.
