Unacademy appoints Sandhydeep Purri as Chief People Officer

An Indian multinational educational technology company, Unacademy has appointed Sandhydeep Purri as Chief People Officer.

Sandhydeep joins Unacademy from Sapphire Foods India Pvt. Ltd where she was Chief People Officer. She worked with Sapphire for over 6 years.

She is an experienced HR Professional and has worked across industries like Manufacturing, Media and entertainment, Consulting, Information Technology, and Retail industries.

Her experience includes working across geographies, including Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America on Large-scale Scale Change Management and HR Projects.

She has handled all major functions of HRD including Leadership Development, Coaching, Corporate Governance, Talent Management, Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Counselling, and Change Management.

Sandhydeep has worked extensively on Leadership coaching ensuring visible results. She has been working on intensive OD interventions across industries. She has acquired various certifications in Coaching, Corporate Governance, Psychometric Profiling, and Instructional Design.

Her earlier stints include working with Aditya Birla Group, Retail Sector, Deloitte, Satyam Computers Services Ltd, and DDB Mudra Group.

Sandhydeep holds her Master’s in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and completed her Graduation from Hansraj College, Delhi University.
