UNIVO Education appoints Abhik Bhattacharyya as CHRO

An online program management company, UNIVO Education has announced the appointment of Abhik Bhattacharyya as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

On his appointment, The company said, “Join us in extending a warm welcome to Abhik Bhattacharyya, the new Chief Human Resources Officer at UNIVO.”

He is a seasoned and forward-thinking HR Leader with an impressive track record spanning over 22 years. With a data-driven approach, he has successfully driven organizational effectiveness across diverse industries, including Telecom, Hospitality, EdTech, Assessment, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.

His expertise encompasses the entire HR spectrum, from strategic HR business partnering, and HR operations to large-scale change management, merger and acquisition, and cultural transformation initiatives, etc. 

His earlier experience includes working with UNext Learning, MeritTrac Services, Manipal Global Education Services, Airtel, Reliance Communications, Tata Teleservices, and The Park Hotels.
