Vedanta Aluminium (Vedanta Limited – Aluminium Business) appoints Pankaj Sureka as Chief Human Resources Officer – VL Jharsuguda (CHRO).
He has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Vedanta Limited – Aluminium Business! Jharsuguda.”
Pankaj is an experienced HR professional with nearly 15 years of experience working on Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, and Employee Engagement.
Prior to joining Vedanta Group, he was associated with Reliance Industries Limited. Pankaj has worked with the organization for 11 years and held various leadership roles. His last designation was Vice President – Rewards ( Human Resources).
Previously he was working with Wipro Technologies, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and Reliance Industries Limited.
He holds his M.A. from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
