Wadhwani Foundation appoints Gaurav Saini as Global CHRO

A not-for-profit, Wadhwani Foundation has appointed Gaurav Saini as Global Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).

In this role, he will be responsible for Leading the HR function across the globe for the Wadhwani Group Foundation.

The company said, “Wadhwani Foundation welcomes Gaurav Saini, who joins us as Chief Human Resources Officer, in our mission to create millions of high-value jobs and change lives. We wish him a fruitful and enriching association with us.”

He joins Wadhwani Group Foundation from HMD Global with over 20 years of global HR experience in the technology, IT Services, Financial, FMCG, and telecom sectors.

He has led the HR function for the core business unit across India, MEA, and APAC regions, covering 38 countries and serving over 15000 employees.

Gaurav has expertise in HR strategy, talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, change management, reorganization, wellness, happiness, and HR artificial intelligence.

His earlier stints include working with HMD, Happiest Minds Technologies, IMImobile, Tata AIA Life Insurance, Aon Hewitt, Aviva, Max Life Insurance Company Limited, and Amway Corporation.

He holds his Master’s in Business Administration from IMS Roorkee (UOR) and completed his Bachelor of Laws from Chaudhary Charan Singh University.
