India’s 1st, all-in-one comprehensive corporate cards & payments platform, EnKash has launched an industry-first incentive program called the “Attitude Bonus”.

This program will provide an opportunity for employees with higher packages for demonstrating ownership and driving a larger impact.

Naveen Bindal, Co-Founder, EnKash said, “A company’s team is one of its deal-breaking elements. While skills and talent are important, the team’s attitude is the key factor that eventually defines the growth and success of the organization.

“In a startup ecosystem, an employee is bound to wear multiple hats and work beyond their KRAs, as they are essentially building the company along with the founders”, Naveen Bindal added.

“Employees with proactive mindsets and a high degree of ownership are assets to any company, and hence, are bound to grow in their individual capacity as well”, Naveen said.

He further added, “Attitude Bonus is EnKash’s attempt to reward its team members who choose to go an extra mile, to ensure that the organizational and its customers’ respective needs are met.”

“It is also an exemplary step from the HR perspective to normalize rewarding employees’ beyond-KRA initiatives in the job market,” Naveen added.

The employees will be able to earn up to 2X of the Bonus amount which will be over and above their annual pay. This program will benefit both fresher and experienced professionals in the company.

The company will reward its employees for their ownership and intrapreneurial attitude towards work and the organization’s growth.

The program also intends:

  • To enable individuals to hone multifaceted skills.
  • Improve accountability and ownership.
  • Upgrade their overall performance.

The program aims:

  • To inspire a culture of intrapreneurship
  • Proactive initiative-taking
  • Self-growth in its workforce

The company has established an “Attitude Bonus Reward Committee” which will evaluate the entries sent by the employees. The committee comprises the senior leadership team and the final approval will be taken by the founders.

The winners will be announced every month and will be granted monetary rewards and there is no limit to the number of monthly potential winners.
