Headquartered in Greater Philadelphia, Phenom already has offices in Hyderabad, Vizag, and Bengaluru.

The company specializes in leveraging AI and automation to empower enterprises with scalable talent acquisition.

It also focuses on optimized talent management and enhanced retention.

By doubling its workforce, Phenom aims to serve over 1,100 enterprise customers in India.

Phenom’s President, COO, and Co-Founder, Hari Bayireddi, emphasized the importance of India as a critical growth market for the company.

With over 6,000 large enterprises in the country, Phenom sees immense potential for innovation in talent experience.

The company plans to add more offices in new locations across India to support its expansion.

IAMPHENOM India Summit

To mark its growth strategy, Phenom is organizing the ‘IAMPHENOM India’ summit on December 13, 2024.

The event will bring together over 500 senior HR leaders to explore how intelligence, automation, and experience can transform talent acquisition and management.

The summit aims to redefine HR through collaboration and innovation, shaping smarter, more connected workplaces for the future.
