Concentrix in India to hire 20000 employees this year; Explore jobs

According to Business Standard, A global technology and services company, Concentrix plans to hire 20,000 employees.

Over the last decade, Concentrix Corporation has witnessed remarkable expansion in India, projecting an increase in its employee count to over 100,000 from the current 80,000, said Chris Caldwell, President and CEO, Concentrix.

”India will probably surpass the Philippines early next quarter from a total growth and size perspective” he added. In 2023, its revenue soared to $7.1 billion, with India’s contribution amounting to $898 million.

Recognizing India’s significance as a vital hub for talent and market potential, Concentrix views it as a cornerstone in its global strategy. With ambitious targets set, the company anticipates its revenue from the Indian market to surpass the $1 billion mark by the conclusion of this year.

This growth trajectory underscores Concentrix’s commitment to leveraging India’s dynamic workforce and thriving business landscape, aligning with its overarching objective of sustained expansion and market leadership.
