Fusion CX, a provider of business process management (BPM) and customer experience (CX) solutions worldwide, has revealed its expansion into the South Indian market by inaugurating its inaugural facility in Chennai
With a dedication to improving service delivery and fostering employment prospects in the area, the company has launched a 350-seat facility capable of accommodating 650 employees across two shifts. Spanning 12,000 sq. ft, the new facility is situated in Ambattur.
The opening of the Chennai facility underscores the company’s continued growth in the Indian market, following the recent successful establishment of its Navi Mumbai facility last month.
Commenting on the occasion, Amitabh Vartak, Executive Vice President, Global Head of Healthcare & Life Sciences SBU, and Head of APAC operations, stated, “We are delighted to be expanding our presence in India with a launch of a new facility in Chennai.”

As part of this initiative, the company has already onboarded 150 employees from the region and aims to recruit an additional 500 by mid-June. This expansion will propel its total workforce in India beyond the 10,000-employee milestone by June.
