HCL Technologies invites job applications from experienced professionals

IT major, HCL Technologies invites online applications from experienced professionals for various positions across India and overseas.

On its advertisement page the company said, “At HCL, we encourage our employees to take the initiative to shape the roles and define areas of work that will benefit directly from their individual expertise. Brief about the job opportunities

Currently, the company invites applications for various positions from experienced professionals. These positions are based in Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, and Lucknow, etc.

In the month of July 2021, the company has reported an Attrition Rate of 11.8% for Q1 FY’22 (down from 14.6% last year), reflective of the effectiveness of increased employee engagement initiatives and large-scale upskilling programs.

V V Apparao, Chief Human Resources Officer, HCL Technologies had also said while announcing Q1 results that the company will hire 20,000-22,000 freshers in this fiscal year, last year the company onboarded 14,600 freshers globally.

India’s largest IT service provider, TCS will hire more than 40,000 freshers from campuses in FY22.
