Graduate Engineer Trainee

The company is hiring for Graduate Engineer Trainee: HCLTech offers opportunities to fresher engineering graduates who have the zeal to launch their tech career with one of the world’s fastest-growing tech companies. The eligibility is for engineering graduates with a degree in B.E/B.TECH/ M.E./M.TECH.

Post Graduate Trainee

The company is hiring for Post Graduate Trainee: HCLTech selectively picks the best talent from various top institutes. The company is focused on bringing a diverse group of individuals together who could be future leaders. The Eligibility is MBA/PGDBM.

Recently, HCLTech has asked its employees to come to the office and work at least three days a week.

C Vijayakumar, CEO and Managing Director, HCLTech said “Continuously working away from the office is not a good idea at all. He said that the company is giving some flexibility to the employees on what these three days will be.”

Recently, The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) has partnered with HCLTech to bridge the skills gap, particularly in the tech and engineering sectors.

Under this collaboration, both organizations will work together to promote the adoption of technology among learners from diverse backgrounds and explore new global markets and business opportunities.

HCLTech witnessed an attrition rate of 14.2 percent in the second quarter of the current financial year and said while announcing its September quarter financial results that the total people count in the company stood at 2,21,139 in Q2FY24.
