Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 7+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in team management. Telecom experience is mandatory. Applicants should bring 1 resume and 1 ID proof, but no electronic devices, such as laptops or pen drives, are allowed.
Key Responsibilities
The role includes overseeing order verification and entry (OVC), validating customer information, managing order fallouts, and coordinating the installation and activation of telecom products, including VOIP orders.
Responsibilities also include supporting escalated issues and providing vendor partner oversight, ensuring accurate order completion and submission to billing.
Skills & Qualifications
- Candidates should have a strong understanding of Telecommunications and Networking Technologies and proficiency in SFDC tools.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential.
- Additionally, applicants should have experience in B2B environments, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
