In July this year, Hexaware Technologies announced an ambitious recruitment drive, aiming to hire between 6,000 and 8,000 employees globally in 2024.

In India, Hexaware is expanding its footprint by opening a new office in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This move leverages the city’s strong talent pool, particularly in areas like data modernization, automation, software development, AI, and cloud services.
The company is also prioritizing diversity in its hiring practices, ensuring an inclusive workplace culture.
Recruitment efforts will target locations such as Hyderabad, Noida, Dehradun, and Bengaluru, with drives planned in cities like Ahmedabad, Indore, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Kochi, and Thiruvananthapuram.
Global Hiring to Meet Growing Business Needs
Globally, Hexaware will hire in key cities including McLean, Chicago, Dallas, Iselin, and Reston in the US. Similar efforts are underway in Poland and the UK.
